This was a music video for the band Shiftwork. Performed by Diarmuid Ó hAodha and Marie Denham and edited/filmed by Diarmuid Ó hAodha. The song and the video are based on mermaids being the last thing a sailor would see before they down. The imagery of the drowning in the water and the octopus represent the dark complexity of anxiety and depression but through love, friendship and a helping hand we can escape its watery depths. It was also performed live in Bello Bar at Shiftwork's Headline performance.
